Tour Itinerary

 

Departures: Daily
Location: Accra & Cape Coast
Transport: Minibus / 4x4 / Saloon Cars

 

Day 01: Arrival
Arrive Kotoka Airport. Transfer to hotel. Day free for leisure. Overnight at the African Royal Beach Hotel Accra.

 

Day 02-06: Transfer to Abandze Beach Resort Cape Coast
The package include 2 days Accra and 5 Days Cape Coast based on half board and transport. Enjoy relaxing in a beautiful self-contained chalets. Fan or Air Conditioned, DSTV or DVD. Sleep to the relaxing sounds of the waves, and wake up at the beach. Exclude international flight ticket.

 

Level:
Though hot and dusty at times, the rewards of such a tour are substantial. Tourist infrastructure is unpredictable of these places, Venture Travel try our best to give the best accommodation, but traveller should understand we are in Africa, therefore be flexible to accept the odd delay or change of plan, then the tour can be fantastic experience one of the trips to experience.

Our rates normally have the items below as included and excluded from the program rates. Each and every program has its own distinct included & excluded items.

 

Generally included items:

  • Arrival and departure airport transfers as per itinerary
  • All other transfers as per itinerary
  • All domestic flights as per the itinerary where necessary
  • 02 bottles of 500ml of water per person per day
  • Bed and Breakfast accommodation in hotels
  • Full Board accommodation in the Hotels / Lodges / Camps whilst on game park tour
  • Transportation on tour in 08-seater minibus (with 06 window seats), fitted with 02 way high frequency radio communicating system.
  • English-speaking driver/guide (non exclusive use of vehicle; window seat guaranteed)
  • For all our tours we use 4x4 land cruisers They are also fitted with 2 way high frequency radio communicating system.
  • Park entrance fees for the game reserves and National parks.

  • Personal expenses like drinks, tips, laundry etc.
  • Personal insurance and baggage insurance
  • In the eventuality of a medical emergency, where possible Venture Travel will assist to be taken to a good hospital. Hospital bills are born by the patient, however in the event that client can not meet the hospital bills Venture Travel will contribute £500.00 which is payable by client on their return to the United Kingdom.
