The climate is warm and comfortable all year round and the bird life is exceptional. Both highland and rift valley lakes, rivers, forests, valleys, the sheer of cliffs harbour different species of birds. Eventhough there are numerous birds to be seen with the historical and cultural route, the bird itinerary is exceptional. It opens good opportunity of watching endemic birds, rare birds, and localized birds. Birds like Abyssinian cat bird and Black headed forest oriole are well known for beautiful calls. Abyssinian cat bird makes the most impressive calls. Its sound pitch is like a song.

Level: Though hot and dusty at times, the rewards of such a tour are substantial. Tourist infrastructure is unpredictable in these places, Venture Travel try our best to give the best accommodation, but travellers should understand we are in Africa, therefore be flexible to accept the odd delay or change of plan, then the tour can be a fantastic experience.
